DURHAM, N.C. – Four Duke University women's soccer standouts will kick off preseason action Monday as the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) opens practice across the nation. Starting the month long preseason action are Rebecca Moros of FC Kansas City, Mollie Pathman with the Boston Breakers, Kim DeCesare with Sky Blue FC and Kara Wilson of the Washington Spirit.
A 5-5 defender, Moros enters her second year with FC Kansas City, after playing with the Portland Thorns FC in 2014. She started all 20 matches in 2015 on the defensive end. A four-year letterwinner from 2003-06 at Duke, Moros earned third-team All-America accolades in 2006, while also being named All-ACC on three different occasions.
