Former Duke big man is perfecting the art of patience

Harry Giles is on a different path than former Duke teammates Jayson Tatum and Luke Kennard, both of whom are thriving in summer league ball, or Frank Jackson, who fell to the second round and has to play on a make-good basis.

Giles is hugely talented but still getting over knee issues which held him back at Duke.

With Sacramento, the strategy for Giles is much the same: patience.

And Giles is cool with that: “I’ve been through this road before. It’s not like I’m hurt. I’m healthy; I’m just taking it slow. So for me, I see the big picture.
