STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Duke fencing team closed out its 2021 season Sunday at the NCAA Fencing Championship as all five Blue Devil women collected All-America accolades in their respective weapons.
The Blue Devils finished third in the team standings with 130 points, their best finish in program history. The performance today marks Duke's 10th top-10 finish in the past 11 seasons.
Notre Dame claimed the National Championship with 201 points followed by Penn State with 182.
In all, nine of Duke's 10 participants in the NCAA Championship this season came away with All-America honors.
