DURHAM, N.C. – With the 2018 collegiate fencing season in the books, a combined eight Duke student-athletes garnered spots on the All-ACC Academic Men’s and Women’s Fencing Teams, as announced by the conference office Friday. Duke trailed only Notre Dame’s nine selections for the most out of the four ACC fencing schools.
Both the Blue Devil men and women secured four spots each on the academic squads as seniors Pascual Di Tella and Haley Fisher, junior Rhiannon Harvey and Claudia Wrampelmeier, sophomores Eoin Gronningsater and Agoston Walter and freshmen Julia Gianneschi and Brycen Rushing rounded out the selections.
