ATLANTA – Blue Devil swimmers returned to the pool Saturday for the final day of competition at the 2016 NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships, hosted by Georgia Tech at the Yellow Jackets’ McAuley Aquatic Center.
A day after competing in the 100-yard butterfly preliminaries, sophomore Leah Goldman and junior Maddie Rusch returned to the water for the 100 freestyle. Goldman touched in a season-best time of 49.58 to place 49th in the field while Rusch was 51st in 49.66.
During the course of the meet, Goldman also took to the water individually in the 200 IM and Rusch in the 50 freestyle.
