DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke University President Vincent Price announced Thursday the school and Vice President and Director of Athletics Kevin White have agreed to a contract extension through June 30, 2022. The new deal represents a one-year extension from White’s previous contract.
“I count myself very lucky to work with Kevin White, who is far and away the best athletic director in the business,” said Price. “Kevin truly cares about each of his student-athletes, and he has been a valuable friend and partner to many of our coaches, faculty, and university leaders.
