DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke fencing program will travel down Tobacco Road to Chapel Hill for the 2018 ACC Fencing Championships Saturday, Feb. 24-25 in Carmichael Arena on the campus of North Carolina.
SETTING THE SCENE
- This will be the fourth conference fencing championship since its return as an ACC sponsored sport with defending national champion Notre Dame winning both the men’s and women’s championships the past three years.
- The Duke men hold a season record of 20-4 (1-0 ACC) while the women are 18-7 (1-0 ACC) and will face Notre Dame, North Carolina and Boston College for the ACC title.
