DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men’s tennis team improved its home record to 7-2 on the year and won its third-straight contest with a 6-1 victory over Boston College Sunday afternoon in Ambler Tennis Stadium.
Duke improved to 10-11 overall and 4-6 in ACC play, while Boston College fell to 6-14 and 0-11 in conference play.
In doubles action, seniors Jason Lapidus and Vincent Lin took court one, defeating Derek Austin and Conor Mullins 6-2. On court three, juniors Spencer Furman and Robert Levine clinched the doubles point for Duke, winning 6-3 over Sean Mullins and Max Mendelsohn.
