DURHAM, N.C.—The Duke men’s soccer team will enter the 12-team ACC Championship as the No. 10 overall seed and will travel to seventh-seed Notre Dame for a first-round game. The Blue Devils and Fighting Irish will kick off Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m.
Duke finished ACC play with a 2-5-1 record, amassing seven points, while Notre Dame went 3-3-2 against ACC foes for 10 points. The Blue Devils beat the Irish in a 2-1 double overtime thriller during the regular season and will meet Notre Dame for the second time in ACC Championship play. The Irish won that 2013 tournament matchup, 1-0.
