CARMEL, IND. – The Duke men’s golf team wrapped up a third-place finish at the Crooked Stick Intercollegiate on Tuesday with a final-round 303 (+15), placing the Blue Devils’ final total for the tournament at 894 (+30).
Illinois won the tournament with a total of 866 (+2) and Purdue took second with a total of 885 (+21).
Duke got top-10 finishes from sophomore Adam Wood, who tied for sixth with a total of 219 (+3), and junior Matt Oshrine, who tied for eighth with a score of 220 (+4). Wood, playing miles from his hometown of Zionsville, Ind.
