CLEMSON, S.C. – The No. 19 Duke rowing team took on a stacked field Sunday at the Clemson Invitational, racing in three A Finals and two B Finals, with the Blue Devils earning a seventh place overall finish for the two-day event at Lake Hartwell.
Duke’s V8 and 3V8 were B Final racers while the 2V8, V4 and 2V4 represented the Blue Devils in the top final. The invitational is one of the top regattas in the country during the regular season as nine of the 21 squads in the event were ranked in the latest USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association national poll.
