CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Behind a season-high hitting percentage, the Duke volleyball team swept Virginia 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 26-24) on the road in Charlottesville, Va., Friday evening.
With the victory, the Blue Devils are now 11-13 overall and 4-7 in the ACC with a three-match win streak as the Cavaliers dip to 9-15 and 1-10 in conference play.
Duke registered a season-high .367 hitting percentage with 48 kills and just eight errors and were led by three Blue Devils in double digits: Ade Owokoniran (12), Payton Schwantz (11) and Gracie Johnson (10).
