WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Duke men’s and women’s track & field teams capped the final day of the Camel City Invitational at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C., Saturday, highlighted by redshirt senior Stephen Boals and redshirt junior Urina Harrell winning the men’s shot put and women’s shot put competitions, respectively.
Following his shot put victory at the Carolina Cup to open the season, Boals continued his winning ways by tossing the implement a season-best distance of 59-2.00 (18.03m), just five inches short of the school record he established in 2015.
