HONOLULU, HI – The Duke women’s tennis team closed out the second day of play on the Hills Family Trip with a perfect record in doubles matches and winning three singles matches after a brief rain delay.
“Overall I thought we did a good job competing today,” said head coach Jamie Ashworth. “The conditions with winds over 30 miles per hour were extremely tough to play in and I felt like we held our composure and did not make that a factor.”
After going 3-1 in doubles on Wednesday, the Blue Devils followed that up with a perfect 3-0 record on Thursday.
