DURHAM, N.C. – Duke Baseball (20-11, 7-7 ACC) split the double header against Virginia Tech (18-11, 5-9 ACC) on Sunday afternoon at Jack Coombs Field, defeating the Hokies, 3-1 in game one and falling 5-2 in game two.
Graduate transfer Alex Gow picked up the win in game one, working five innings of no-hit baseball and striking out seven batters. Junior Alex Stone recorded multi-hit contests in both games, as Duke capped off the week 2-1.
