DURHAM, N.C. –The Duke men’s tennis team had one doubles pair and two singles players advance to their respective flight finals at the Wake Forest Fall Invitational and the Blue Devils earned six total victories Saturday. Senior Jason Lapidus led the way with three wins to advance to both the doubles and singles championship matches.
The doubles tandem of Lapidus and junior Spencer Furman won its semifinal match Saturday to earn a place in Sunday’s championship contest.
In singles, Lapidus and junior Nick Stachowiak won two matches each to move to their respective flight title tilts Sunday.
