The last National College Football Awards Association preseason award watch list has been announced, and two Duke Football were added as possible winners for the Walter Camp Award given to the nation’s top college football player recognized as the player of the year.
Safeties Jeremy Cash and DeVon Edwards are already projected to be the best safety duo in the nation, and both were named to the 2015 Walter Camp Football Foundation Player of the Year watch list. This award is presented to the best overall player in the NCAA at any position on offense or defense, and these Blue Devils were 2 out of 5 defensive backs named to the list.
