DURHAM, N.C. – Duke men's soccer (2-1-1) defeated Averett (1-0-0), 14-1, on Sunday afternoon in Koskinen Stadium. Nine goals scores found their names on the stats sheet, while Adam Luckhurst led the way with three goals in the win.
Graduate Wessel Speel earned the win, playing the first half before being relieved by Nathan Gaviser and Ryan Gallagher. Sophomore Ulfur Bjornsson pushed his season total to six goals, slotting home two more in the win on Sunday.
