DURHAM, N.C. – Despite dropping the first two sets, the Duke volleyball team came out victorious on Sunday afternoon by outlasting NC State 3-2 (22-25, 23-25, 25-18, 25-22, 15-7) in a five set thriller in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
With the victory, the Blue Devils improve to 12-15 and 5-9 in ACC play as the Wolfpack dip to 10-16 and 5-9 in the conference.
"I'm really proud of our team," head coach Jolene Nagel said. "It was disappointing to see us go down 0-2. I felt like we were doubting ourselves a little bit and we have no need to do that.
