DURHAM, N.C. – Boosted by six first-half goals, the Duke women's soccer team opened exhibition action with a 9-0 victory over Furman on Monday evening inside Koskinen Stadium. A total of nine different scorers and five different Blue Devils assisted on the evening.
How It Happened
- Duke opened the scoring quickly as graduate student Hannah Bebar finished a 6-yard attempt off an assist from Julia Saunicheva at the 3:51 mark.
- The Blue Devils added three goals over a span of less than four minutes to go ahead 4-0.
