Duke head men’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski announced the signing of two student-athletes during the early signing period.
Wendell Moore and Rejean “Boogie” Ellis will enter the Duke program in 2019-20. Moore is rated as a five-star wing from Charlotte, while Ellis is a four-star guard from San Diego. Each are top 40 prospects in the ESPN100. Moore is the top-ranked player in the state of North Carolina and Duke’s first Queen City signee since Seth Curry in 2012-13.
The early signing period ended November 21, with the NCAA’s regular signing period for basketball beginning on April 17, 2019.
