Trevon Duval was excellent in the beginning part of the season, in large part to his efficiency from the floor and his lack of turnovers, two key parts of playing the point guard position.
Recently Duval has struggled mainly due to his poor perimeter shooting. Duval has improved his outside game, but not to a level where opponents are threatened.
Duval is shooting 45% from the field, 26% from deep, and 58% from the line.
The most concerning stat here is his free throw percentage. If Duval wants the ball to be in his hands late in the game, he must be able to knock down his free throws, or he will essentially be a non-factor with his poor outside shooting.
