MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Duke men’s cross country team won their first meet of the season on Saturday morning as the Blue Devils captured a narrow three-point win at the Les Bolstad Golf Course in the 33rd Roy Griak Invitational.
Duke finished first in a highly competitive 15-team field which included six teams ranked in the top 15 of their respective regions. The 13th-ranked Blue Devils (Southeast) closed out the competition with 74 team points to earn their first win in the annual race since 2010. The host team, No. 3 Minnesota (Mountain West), finished just three points behind with 77 points to place second behind Duke, while No.
