CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Duke men's cross country team earned its best finish as a team since 2015 Friday morning at the 2019 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, placing sixth overall.
The Blue Devils tallied 198 points behind Virginia, Virginia Tech, NC State, Furman and Charlotte. Duke registered personal-best performances from five of the seven runners.
"I'm very proud of the Southeast Region performance by CJ Ambrosio today," head coach Norm Ogilvie said. "He beat some terrific runners and concludes a really strong season for him.
