EUGENE, Ore. – Duke men's track and field wrapped up the first day of competition at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on Wednesday as sophomore Scott Campbell, graduate students Nick Dahl and Erick Duffy and junior Luke Jackson competed across three events for the Blue Devils.
Campbell and Jackson took part in the javelin throw. Both individuals notched their farthest throws on their first attempt – Campbell tossed his javelin 65.02m (213-4 feet), while Jackson's attempt measured 63.89m (209-7 feet).
