In Boston’s 112-90 win over Milwaukee, former Duke star Jayson Tatum was limited to four points while fellow former Dukie Kyrie Irving hit for 26.
The big deal in this game though was that Boston forced the Greek Freak, Giannis Antetokounmpo, out of his comfort zone and held him to 7-21 from the floor.
Boston had an erratic season but they still have Brad Stevens and if you want to have a coach who can figure out how to attack a great player, Stevens is your guy.
Duke was represented in Sunday’s other game but not on the court: Quinn Cook didn’t play for the Warriors who beat the Rockets 104-100.
