LA QUINTA, Calif. – Two Blue Devils posted red numbers and the sixth-ranked Duke men’s golf team shot 288 (+4) on Monday to position itself fifth after the first day of the Prestige at PGA WEST.
The Blue Devils are 11 strokes behind tournament-leading LSU as each of the top six teams, and seven of the top 10, on the leader board are ranked in the top 50 of the latest GolfStat rankings.
Junior Max Greyserman paced Duke on Monday with a two-under 69, placing him in a tie for eighth after 18 holes of play.
