CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Duke fencing head coach Alex Beguinet captured his 800th victory as the Blue Devils went 10-2 overall Sunday at the Eric Sollee Invitational.
BEGUINET SECURES 800 WINS
- With Duke's 10-2 record Sunday, Beguinet captured his 800th victory and now owns 802 career wins.
- In his 38 years at the helm of the Blue Devils, he has coached two NCAA champions, 45 All-Americans and has helped Blue Devil fencers reach the NCAA Fencing Championship in 36 of his 37 years.

- The 10th-ranked Duke women cruised to a 6-0 victory in the team scores with wins over Boston College (20-7), Brandeis (21-6), Brown (19-8), Haverford (26-1), MIT (21-6), and NYU (22-5).
