The 2019 Duke football season was one of ups and downs, but mostly downs.
After a solid start, the Blue Devils would ultimately collapse and post a 5-7 record, losing six of their last eight games.
Despite this, the 2020 season brings hope on the horizon. Fresh faces and changes to playcalling are among the many reasons for Duke fans to be excited this fall. Plus, the schedule is relatively friendly, including an opportunity for a 3-0 start with home games against Middle Tennessee, Elon, and Charlotte (the ACC slate does not include Clemson or Florida State).
