Duke University linebacker Joe Giles-Harris will forgo his final season of collegiate eligibility and enter the 2019 National Football League draft. The Nyack, N.Y., native has completed his Duke degree requirements in cultural anthropology with a minor in political science and will graduate in May of 2019.
