WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Duke track & field program concluded its final meet of the season prior to the conference championships Saturday afternoon at both the JDL DMR Invitational and at the Virginia Tech Challenge. As a team, the Blue Devils posted one school record, another all-time top five performance, and 16 top ten meet finishes.
Esteban Suarez and Cole Rowan headlined the pole vault squad with personal-best heights. Suarez finished sixth with a clearance of 5.05m while Rowan’s ninth-place finish saw him clear 4.75m.
Duke’s distance squad saw solid performances in Winston-Salem as Nikhil Pulimood and Lindsay Billings finished in the top-three of their respective 3000m race.
