TULSA, Okla. – Duke men's golf used the second-best round of the day to secure a third-place finish at The Clerico on Tuesday, Oct. 29. Played at Oaks Country Club, the Blue Devils ended the tournament at 25-over, 867 and finished inside the top three on a team leaderboard for the third time during the fall calendar.
HOW IT HAPPENED: ROUND THREE
- As a team, the Blue Devils shot a 7-over, 287, trailing only Northwestern for the best round on the course for the final round.
- Luke Sample logged his second straight round of even-par or better, signing for an even-par, 70, on the final day.
