DURHAM, N.C. – Recent Duke University graduate Celine Boutier along with rising sophomore Virginia Elena Carta will kick off action at the 2016 U.S. Women’s Amateur Monday at the Rolling Green Golf Club in Springfield, Pa. The action will take place Aug. 1-7.
The championship will feature 36 holes of stroke play qualifying Aug. 1-2, before moving to match play the following five days. A total of 156 golfers will tee it up this week at the 6,259-yard, par 71 Rolling Green Golf Club.
Both Boutier and Carta were exempt into the U.S. Women’s Amateur.
