DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke baseball team suffered a 10-2 loss to No. 11 Florida State on Sunday afternoon in the series finale at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The loss snaps a 10-game winning streak at home for the Blue Devils as they fall to 12-3 (2-1 ACC) on the campaign, while the Seminoles move to 10-5 (1-2 ACC) overall.
"I thought we took really good swings in the middle innings," said head coach Chris Pollard. "We just didn't have anything to show for it. We swung the bat better, especially through the first six innings of the game, than the score indicated.
