DURHAM – Duke wrestling fell 35-4 to Central Michigan on Thursday night in its home-opening dual in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- · Senior Jonah Niesenbaum earned the Blue Devils' lone points after securing a 11-3 major decision win over Bryan Caves. The Allentown, Pa., native scored takedowns at the end of all three periods to help his cause.
- · Redshirt junior Patrick Rowland and redshirt senior Brayden Ray each put up tough battles against their Chippewas opponents but fell just short.
