WASHINGTON – No. 11 Duke dropped its ACC Tournament quarterfinal matchup, 74-69, to NC State on Thursday night. Kyle Filipowski scored 28 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to pace the Blue Devils at CapitalOne Arena in Washington, D.C.
