RICHMOND, Va. – Duke rookie goaltender Patrick Jameison made 12 saves as the third-ranked Blue Devils held No. 16 Richmond to just three goals en route to a 12-3 victory in men's lacrosse action at Robins Stadium Saturday afternoon.
Brennan O'Neill paced the offense with three goals and two assists, while Josh Zawada had two goals and two assists for four points. Defensively, the Blue Devils held Richmond to scoreless stretches of 17:53 and 31:56. Tyler Carpenter was outstanding on defense with three caused turnovers and five ground balls.
