BALTIMORE – Loyola attackman Kevin Lindley scored six goals and had seven points overall to lead the Greyhounds to a 12-10 victory over ninth-ranked Duke in non-conference men's lacrosse action Sunday afternoon at Ridley Athletic Complex.
The Greyhounds jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first 12 minutes and held off a late fourth-quarter charge by the Blue Devils to improve to 2-3 on the season. Duke falls to 7-3 overall and has one more non-conference game before opening ACC play.
Sophomore Brennan O'Neill paced the Duke offense with four goals, his fifth hat trick of the season and the 14th of his career.
