DURHAM, N.C. – Coming off an open Saturday, Duke climbed up both both national college football polls released Sunday. The has the Blue Devils ranked No. 23 while the Amway Coaches poll has Duke at No. 21.
The Blue Devils were No. 25 in last week's AP poll and No. 24 in the last Amway Coaches poll.
Duke will play a game as a ranked team for the third straight year on Saturday, a first for the program since a six-year run from 1952-57.
The Blue Devils kickoff at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Virginia Tech.
