CLEMSON, S.C. – For the third-consecutive year, the No. 18 Duke rowing team claimed the Carolina Cup with a score of 90 points at Lake Hartwell on the campus of Clemson. The Blue Devils earned first in all five races, including the V8, 2V8, V4, 2V4 and 3V8/4V8.
“It was a great day for Duke and a nice way to officially start off the spring,” said head coach Megan Cooke Carcagno. “Our team faced adversity with our practice schedule yet remained composed and executed terrific racing. I am proud of our efforts today but eager to get back to work to find a few more gears for the remainder of the season.
