ATLANTA – Duke hit five home runs to outslug Georgia Tech on its way to a 15-14 win on Sunday to capture the ACC series at Russ Chandler Stadium in Atlanta.
The Blue Devils (18-22, 8-13 ACC) recorded its first series win in Atlanta over Georgia Tech (25-16, 10-11 ACC) since 2016. Duke tallied 34 runs and hit 10 home runs in the series, both the most in an ACC series under head coach Chris Pollard. The Blue Devils' 43 hits were the most in a conference series since against Virginia in 2017.
