Mike Krzyzewski provided an update on the status of Zion Williamson on Friday afternoon, but nothing really changed regrinding the freshman who is still rehabbing his Grade 1 knee sprain.
Coach K said that Williamson worked out yesterday on the court and he will again today, but both of those workouts have been without contact.
Krzyzewski didn’t rule Zion out for tomorrow’s game against North Carolina, but he did say that Williamson is “doubtful”, but the team would announce the official status of Zion after tomorrow morning’s shoot-around.
An announcement should come around 11:00am EST.
