The Duke men’s basketball team has finalized the remainder of its 2018-19 non-conference schedule, featuring eight regular-season home games and a match-up versus Texas Tech at Madison Square Garden in December.
Seven of Duke’s known or potential opponents on the non-league slate reached the NCAA Tournament last season, including Elite Eight participant Texas Tech, and Sweet 16 teams Kentucky and Gonzaga.
The marquee season-opening clash with the Wildcats in the State Farms Champions Classic in Indianapolis, along with a home game versus Indiana in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, had previously been announced. The Maui Jim Maui Invitational bracket, which includes an opening game versus San Diego State, was unveiled earlier this week.
