A pair of Duke basketball icons are heading to the National Collegiate Hall of Fame.
The time has come for former Duke basketball head coach Mike Krzyzewski to finally be inducted to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame after he was a member of the founding class in 2006.
Krzyzewski will formally be enshrined into eternity on August 30 as he ended his coaching career in 2021 with the Blue Devils after 47 years as a head coach between Duke and Army.
The Naismith Hall of Famer ended his career with 1,202 — the most in NCAA history — along with five National Championships and 12 National Coach of the Year awards.
