In a game where Duke went through stretches of being unable to stop Wake Forest forward Devin Thomas and saw three starters (Marshall Plumlee, Grayson Allen, and Matt Jones) battling foul trouble, the young Blue Devils found a way to come up with key stops down the stretch and had one of its best offensive efforts of the season to get the 16-point win.
It was a night when Duke got huge contributions from multiple guys. Grayson Allen scored a team-high 24 points and Luke Kennard came off the bench to notch 23 points, including going 9-for-9 from the free throw line.
