Duke Baseball Signs Major Deal With Durham Bulls

As the baseball team prepares for their upcoming 2016 season, Duke recently announced that the program has renewed its contract with the local professional team Durham Bulls starting next year and will last for the next 7 seasons. The Blue Devils have played several home games a year at the Bulls’ home stadium since 2010 and it’s hosted several ACC Baseball Tournaments, but this new agreement will greatly expand on the partnership and have a huge impact on the future of Duke Baseball.

This new deal will be huge for the baseball program at Duke, as the Blue Devils are now guaranteed up to 36 exhibition and home games at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park (DBAP) as well as several practices a year and a permanent Duke locker room and clubhouse at the location.
