Today, the Duke baseball team hosted Cornell at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in what seemed like it would be a typical game.
However, it would be anything but, thanks to the efforts of ace Bryce Jarvis.
Jarvis (1-1) threw a perfect game in the Duke victory, while just tossing 94 pitches in the first perfect game in program history and the 31st perfect game in the history of NCAA Division 1 Baseball.
The right hander racked up a total of 15 strikeouts en route to a 8-0 victory for the Blue Devils.
Duke's offense helped its starter with eight runs all coming during the fourth and fifth innings.
