Duke Baseball finished the regular season at 28-27 overall and 12-18 in conference play. A recent upset over rivals North Carolina helped assure the Blue Devils a spot in the ACC Baseball Tournament, and the Atlantic Coast Conference recently released the bracket and schedule for the 2017 ACC Baseball Championships.
Duke will enter the conference championships as the 9th seed in this year’s tournament. The Blue Devils will compete in Pool D along with 4-seed Virginia and 5-seed Clemson. Duke Baseball will open the postseason taking on Clemson (39-17, 17-13) Tuesday evening at 7 before facing Virginia (41-13, 18-12) Thursday morning at 11.
