No great surprise here: due to the Corona-19 virus, Duke has cut salaries for several people in Duke athletics.
This is the second time pay has been cut for the highest paid employees like basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, football coach David Cutcliffe, women’s basketball coach Joanne P. McCallie and A.D. Kevin White.
The lower paid employees are exempt.
Things are getting tight in athletic departments all over the country so cutbacks are no surprise. Things will get very interesting if football doesn't happen.
