DURHAM, N.C. – After reaching the round of 16 in the NCAA Singles Championship, junior Georgia Drummy has capped off her breakout season with a collegiate career-best ranking of No. 12, as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its final singles and doubles rankings on Wednesday.
Drummy ended the season winning 10 of the last 11 singles matches across the regular season and postseason play. The Dublin, Ireland native rose her national ranking from No. 77 at the start of the streak to today's high of No. 12, defeating seven nationally ranked opponents and three in the top-30.
